1.1 "Pasal Pro," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Okay Pasal Pvt. Ltd. (Reg. No. 213493, PAN 609518650), a company registered in Nepal, operating the website pasalpro.com.
1.2 "You" or "customer" refers to any person who accesses or uses pasalpro.com or places an order with us.
1.3 "Products" means any goods listed for sale or sourced through Khoji Sewa on pasalpro.com.
1.4 "Khoji Sewa" means our custom sourcing service described in Section 6.
2.1 Pasal Pro is a brand operated by Okay Pasal Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal, based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
2.2 We operate an online marketplace offering beauty, gadgets, fashion, and other everyday products delivered across Nepal.
2.3 These terms govern your use of pasalpro.com and any purchase you make through it.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3.2 If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
4.1 Placing an order on Pasal Pro is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product becomes unavailable, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4.3 If we cancel a confirmed order, any payment already made will be refunded in full within 15 days.
5.1 All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 We accept payment via eSewa and Cash on Delivery (COD).
5.3 Prices and product availability may change without prior notice, and do not affect orders already confirmed.
6.1 Khoji Sewa is a sourcing service: you send us a photo or link of a product you are looking for, and we attempt to source it at an agreed price.
6.2 Any price we offer through Khoji Sewa is valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. After this window, the offer lapses and a new request is required.
6.3 Khoji Sewa items are sourced individually for you and are treated as custom orders. They are subject to the return terms in Section 4 of our Return and refund policy.
7.1 Orders are delivered nationwide across Nepal via our courier partner, NCM (Nepal Can Move).
7.2 Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
7.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive your order.
8.1 We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately.
8.2 Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.
8.3 If a product you receive is materially different from what was described, please refer to our Return and refund policy.
9.1 You agree not to use pasalpro.com for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the website.
9.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
10.1 All content on pasalpro.com, including the Pasal Pro name, logo, and design, is the property of Okay Pasal Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without written permission.
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, Pasal Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products purchased.
11.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, or courier disruptions.
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
14.1 If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pasal Pro after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
