1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Reasons

Returns are accepted if the product you received is:

• Damaged
• Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
• Expired

Please contact us with photos of the issue as soon as possible after delivery.

3. Khoji Sewa (Custom Requests)

Products sourced through Khoji Sewa are one-off, custom-sourced items and are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of a damaged or clearly incorrect item.

4. How Refunds Work

• Replacement: if you request a replacement, it will be sent within 7 days of us receiving your return.
• Refund: if you request a refund instead, it will be processed within 15 days of us receiving your return.
